ABOUT ME
Elisabeth Pujol is a Catalan designer and artist, developing her work in the city of Barcelona, where she combines product and furniture design with the design of interior spaces and ephemeral installations and graphic projects.
Her education in Product Design at the Elisava University made her specialize in the design of furniture and everyday objects. During her career she has been arousing a great interest in the know-how of the craft and the benefits it gives to a product, mastery over a material. She has worked and collaborated with different studios as a designer of furniture and everyday objects, graphic arts and ephemeral spaces. Among the companies are Hannun, Miret studio, F&C design studio for Milan design week, Kvadrat, Nespresso, Danone, Cube, Lacer, RBA editorial, Biblioteques de Barcelona, GBFoods, Cosmocaixa, FILA, ...
My mission as a designer is to provide value and aesthetics, combining design, art and crafts with social and environmental impact. I am interested in exploring different materials, techniques and cultures, and learning from the wisdom and craft of artisans. I consider myself a curious, creative and committed person, who constantly seeks the balance between form and function, aesthetics and ethics, and art and industry.
